goodgoodbad.com is a community-driven review platform for AI tools. Users can submit structured reviews consisting of two positive points and one negative point per tool. The Site also allows users to suggest new tools for inclusion.

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting a review or suggestion, you grant goodgoodbad.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submission on the Site.

You agree that your submissions:

• Are your own original thoughts and not copied from others.
• Do not contain defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Do not contain personal data about other individuals.
• Do not constitute spam, advertising, or automated/bot-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any user-generated content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or circumvent rate limits.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Site beyond normal browser usage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, name, and logo are the property of goodgoodbad.com. AI tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this Site does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with goodgoodbad.com.

6. No Warranty

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reviews or information displayed. Reviews reflect individual opinions and do not represent the views of goodgoodbad.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, goodgoodbad.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.

8. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair use, reviews are limited to one per tool per user within a 48-hour window. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in content removal.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
